The Speakers

Pietro Foschi

Executive Director Assurance Services, BSI Group
Since 2014 Pietro Foschi is at BSI, member of BSI Executive Leadership Team leading the Assurance Services Business Unit (certification, testing and training global businesses). During his 30-year career, he held several top management and board of directors positions. Prior to BSI, he worked for Bureau Veritas, first as the group's Director of strategy, and then in various leadership positions at global level. Previously, he was in strategy consultancy, partner in the Paris office of Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman). He started his career as a project engineer at Brown & Root Vickers (Halliburton Group).

Stuart Broadly

CEO, EIC (Energy Industries Council)
Stuart is Chief Executive of the EIC, the Energy Industries Council. Prior to joining EIC in 2016, Stuart enjoyed a successful 25-year career leading global O&M businesses in oil & gas, power, renewables and defence with Rolls-Royce, Wood, Senvion and Hoerbiger. Stuart is passionate about increasing exports, diversification, decarbonisation and being the voice of the integrated energy supply chain. He is architect of the Energy Exports Conference which brings 20 inward delegations to the UK each year with $500bn of project opportunities, and is author of the renowned Survive & Thrive annual report which highlights successful growth strategies in challenging markets.

Rebecca Carr

Senior Manager, Crisis and Business Continuity Management, Deloitte
Rebecca is a Crisis Leader within Risk Advisory Services for the Middle East. She has 15 years of cross-sector experience in government, health, aviation, finance, charity, education and international events. Rebecca is a British Standards Committee Member for Risk and Resilience, involved in the development of ISO 22301 for Business Continuity and ISO 22361 Crisis Management.

Margaret Millett

Global Resilience Senior Manager, Uber Technologies, Inc.
Margaret J. Millett (MSBC, FBCI (Hon), MBCP) is an experienced, results-driven and forward-thinking Business Continuity Management (BCM) professional with demonstrated strategic thought leadership and management expertise. She has been actively involved in the BCM profession for 25+ years and worked for Fortune 300 companies.

Clive Johnson

President, IIRSM
Clive was elected as President in December 2019. Prior to this he served as Deputy President for two years. Clive is currently employed by Derwent London PLC as their Group Head of Health and Safety ensuring health and safety compliance across a property portfolio covering 5.4 million sq ft, including developments such as Brunel Building W2, White Collar Factory EC1, Angel Building EC1. Previously, Clive has been Head of Health and Safety at Land Securities PLC, HS&E Manager for Asda Wall*Mart and HS&E Leader for BAA on the Terminal 5 Project.
